Two assets sit clear of the rest on both axes and account for roughly three quarters of the base case. Brand and marks sits low on readiness for a reason that is fixable in a quarter, not structural, which is why it moves rather than being written off.

The 2019 agency contract was read: a services agreement with a licence to use the deliverables, no assignment and no right to sub-licence. On its face the operating company cannot grant a licensee the right to use the logo or the packaging, which is most of what a licensee thinks it is buying.

Class 5 covers the supplement. The franchising and business-management service a licensee actually buys sits in class 35, which is why two registered markets read as partial rather than clean. All nine are first-to-file.

Re-scored on completion. At 85 or above the asset enters the bonus year automatically, and co-ownership is offered once the roadmap is followed. Below 85 you keep the report and the work already done, and nothing further is owed.
