What we collect and why
- Free check and offer request: your name, email, optional phone, and your answers about industry, turnover and copying. We use them to prepare and send your personal offer and to follow up. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract.
- Website chat: the messages you write and any contact details you share. Answers are generated by an AI assistant (Anthropic); a team member follows up personally. Legal basis: your request.
- Consultation booking and payment: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and payment status, not your card details.
Requests are stored with our providers Netlify (website and forms) and Apollo.io (customer records). We keep them as long as needed to answer you and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
Cookies
Necessary storage keeps the site, forms and your cookie choice working. Other cookies are set only if you click "Accept all".

Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to monetisator@branstone.group. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
Some providers (Google, Anthropic, Apollo, Stripe) may process data outside the EU under the safeguards they offer, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
